New York passes gun laws

No grandfather Claus. Can only have magazine with 8 total bullets in them. Must re certify every so many years to own a gun.
Owners have a year to sell items to out of state residents. If they are caught after the year it's a misdemeanor

Not only a 2A issue, but forcing the disposition of private property is a takings clause violation without just compensation.

Hope the voters are happy with who they chose. would it be wrong to post an ad on craigslist to offer a free home to banned items!

so does this mean Remington can't sell AR's to their own employees?  aren't they based in NY?

That wouldn't be unprecedented. There are several firearm manufacturers, Springfield Armory for example, and AR parts manufacturers in the communist republik of Illinois. Very few of their weapons / parts are sold in-state. Why they don't move is beyond me. I am hoping this NY thing causes the state to lose companies and revenue. Then the chosen ones (Bloomberg and Cuomo) can explain to their loyal subjects how this will actually be good for them.
