Final Reading - the third and last stage at which a bill is considered by the entire Legislature. The clerk reads the entire bill aloud, unless final reading is waived, and senators vote without debate on whether to submit the bill to the governor.

Yeah, it's been in for a while now. LB430 was amended with AM936 back on April 2nd.

If a school sponsors an activity at a public location, such as a car wash in the local Wal-mart parking lot, would a CCW permit holder be guilty of illegal possesion of a firearm if the CCW permit holder entered the parking lot during the time of the school sponsored car wash? Oh, I guess I missed that. I just remember Sen Fulton telling me that the church thing was a concession they made to keep the bill moving. Guess my brain was stuck on that conversation still.
