LPD arrested several people at the Lincoln gun show a few years ago for sales and possession, so it is more than a technicality

I carry a Swiss Army Tinker model all the time. Works good for me.

NB:
If it is clipped to the inside of the pant pocket, but the clip is exposed outside the pocket, does that count as concealed?  What about a folding knife on a belt sheath (in which the knife is completely concealed)?

I'm glad we have all these laws to keep us safe.
