Washington State Legislature - Right to search homes
« on: February 18, 2013, 11:33:30 AM »
Seattle Times columnist 'reads the gun bill' that the Democratic state legislature is working through the process and finds language in the bill that allows the sheriff or designated law agency to enter homes no more that 'once a year' to 'inspect' firearms....   >:D

Well, they don't have enough deputies to enter all the homes of folks who own guns, so how will they decide which homes to enter?    The homes of citizens who protest the most or disagree with Democrat policies.   IOW, they'll use it to intimidate those who exercise free speech rights.

That this law is a  flagrant violation of the 4th Amendment doesn't appear to enter into their calculations.   Hopefully, a lawsuit will make it to the Supreme Court and the SCOTUS will slap it down .... unless Obama has stuffed the court by then.

when you cage law abiding citizens like rats in their homes they should not expect a predictable result. 5% percent of 100 million is 5 million . just saying!  please stop the insanity you nitwit dems.

The homes of citizens who protest the most or disagree with Democrat policies.

Maybe that's one reason Obama wants to send drones to kill americans.
