Your best bet is to NOT move into the city limits of Omaha, or anywhere they may annex in the coming years... and get your permit.

You'll need the drivers license unless you have active duty military ID. The license # is on your certificate for completing the class.

Isn't there also an exemption to the 180 day wait for those that hold a permit to carry in another state when moving to NE? He says that he holds a PA permit.
