Former Bellevue Police Chief found NOT GUILTY on handgun permit charge.

So anyone convicted of the same crime under his watch in his jurisdiction should have that removed from their records, guilty or not. Another "win" for the Only Ones.

I'm afraid you are correct.  We civilians a but second-class citizens, it seems.   :(

To the best of my knowledge, and as John's attorney stated..... Nobody has ever been charged before for violating the purchase permit law for loaning a handgun

Precedent set.

Jury verdict =/= legal precedent

This is arguably an instance of jury nullification of a stupid, unjust law.

I remember saying I hoped this would be the case even though I don't like the Man.
