On Friday morning we're going to be traveling from our home 35 miles NE of Alliance, to Papillion, to spend the weekend with our granddaughter, and to help celebrate her 2nd birthday on Sunday! (Might have some time for her parents too). We'll be going Nebraska 2 from Alliance to Ansley, and then 92, coming into Omaha from the west on West Center. I'm not looking for much, up to 500 Hornady 55 gr. V-Max Moly's in .223, and a pound or two of H4895. I'm just as aware as anyone how hard it is to get anything right now, and I don't want to step on the toes of the local folks, but I'm wondering if there are any small town gun shops, sporting goods, hardware stores, gun shows, etc. along our intended route that I might stop into to check for what I'm looking for? Also places I can check with in the greater Omaha area. It's probably a given that I'll hit the Cabela's at La Vista because it's just a few minutes from where the kids live, but help/suggestions on other places likely to have what I'm looking for would be appreciated. I might consider a detour through Lincoln on our way home if there's someplace that's a sure thing, but not otherwise. I'm a pretty straight point A to B kind of guy when I'm traveling, and the highway 2 and 92 route is the shortest and quickest. Thanks a bunch for any help anyone can be!! ;)

You might check at Guns Unlimited at 120 and I street. They have had a decent supply of powder, though I can't say they have your specific model. But they carry Hodgson, Winchester, IMR, and Alliant.
