US Surpreme May Rule In Concealed Carry
« on: February 28, 2013, 02:01:16 PM »
Illinois is so against CC, they want to ban it nationwide to help them get out of allowing their state to CC.

This is a case where a pawn may force checkmate.

I feel the water is about to the deck chairs, and the fat lady has jumped overboard.

This a complicated game, the libs trying to take away our gun rights, and the battle has many fronts.  This could well be a battle we could loose.

That article is not well written and its inaccurate. It was the Federal Appeals Court in Illinois that ruled the Illinois law against carrying concealed weapons is unconstitutional. The court was then asked to reconsider the ruling and this time the entire court said that they would not reconsider the ruling.
