The ammo amount really depends on who is designing the stages. We have four stages, and any of them may use all the guns, or specialize in only one. We never know. :)
As such, I tend to bring about 200 rounds of everything, most of which I leave in my car. (Much of which I tend to drive right back home after.) In general (which is one way of saying "on average" which means half the time this number will be too small) you'll shoot pistol on two or three stages between 15-30 rounds each, shotgun on around two stages, one of which will be fairly shotgun-intensive so 40 shells total, and then rifle on three or so stages, totaling about 75 rounds.
Note: that is if you never miss. So bring more. :)
On any given day, those numbers may be WAY too small. Here's an example of a match from last year:
Other videos exist with VERY different stages and round counts.
So---bring plenty. Bringing more ammo than you'll ever need will never cause you to lose. (Make sure you shoot shotgun more accurately than I do, by the way. Yeesh.)
