Ok, I feel stupid. I can't figure out how to post pics. Can someone help.
Thanks
OnTheFly:
The image has to be a current image found on the web. For example, if you have photos stored on PhotoBucket.
1) When you find the image you want displayed in your post, right click the image and select "Copy Image Location"
2) Click the button
3) This will paste "<img></img>" into your post (except the "<" will be "[" and ">" will be "]"). Click in the middle of the brackets and press "Ctrl-V" or right click and select "Paste"
That should do it.

Sorry Wrong Does Not Have to be on the Web.
You can also right click on a picture from the Internet and save it at a location and name of your choice.
Note some picture are copyrighted and or protected and not copyable.
And you can also post pictures from your saved picture files.
When posting click on additional options (green letter lower left of posting box.
Click Browse find the location of picture that you want to and click open after clicking once on item.
Another way is to right click on item than preview picture if it is the one you want to post than click select to insert picture..
Note there are limits to the size of the picture that you can attach and to how many you can attach to your post.
Limit 300KB and three Pictures if pictures are too large they will not post also preview box does not work on picture posting. No matter if picture size is okay or not.
Check the size of the picture file by first clicking once on picture right click then left click once click on properties here your location and picture file size will be listed. It must be small enough to work in the forum as an attachment.
Resizing photos find file location on your computer right click on picture click open with, click paint. Yes PAINT
Picture opens in Paint window. Click on Image a drop down menu. Click on Resize/Reskew.
Resize window opens with Horizontal and Vertical size at 100%
Okay still with me. This is the original size of the picture and you need to make it smaller to fit as an attachment for the forum. Sooooo
Change the size % smaller start with 50% Horizontal and 50% Vertical.
Now click on file and Save as a different name than original picture name any name as long as you remember where an what you named it. Go to that location of your newly saved picture and right click on properties to check if it is small enough to fit as an attachment for the forum. Example C:\Users\Owner\Pictures\dinglberry 65.3 KB
It will fit because max. allowed is 300 KB.
If still to large reopen with paint to resize to a smaller size and save again with a different name.
Check again to see if it is small enough in KB's If to big it will not post so copy your text before posting just incase the picture file is to large. This will save time when rewriting your post.

Thanks Randy. I thought there was a way to upload photos from your computer. I do it all the time on other forums, but I couldn't find where/how to do it on this board.
Glad you gave the explanation of the more difficult option. ;D

It really is not that bad as long as you have your pictures within the allowable size.
I have a Photo bucket account but rarely use it.
Members Paint is a good tool be it for resizing a picture for a Utah permit or enlarging a picture to get a better view. Which I have done with some firearm schematics. With today's High Resolution cameras (10MB) per picture and higher this is one way to downsize your pictures for insertion into emails as well as for forums.
