Quibids and every other penny auction site works the same way.  You pay a nickle, quarter, whatever for each 'bid' you place... and each 'bid' is only a penny increment.  Plenty of them offer "XXX free bids!" if you win certain auctions, or will auction off 'xxxxx bid pack' things...

All in all, it's a great gambit heh.
