Which shorts for shooting sports?

Anyone have experience with Blackhawk Warrior Wear Performance Shorts?  I found a deal on them and was wondering if they are good.  I will primarily be wearing them for shooting USPSA.  However, being the fashion whore that I am, I was wondering if these are very short shorts?  I'm not looking for ones that hang down below my knees like the young folk wear these days, but I don't want them much above the knees either.  I figure that if I can't shoot good, at least I can look good.

You might want to ask Anthony Deboer for advice on shorts, since he wears them to every single match except when it's below freezing out (even then he does sometimes).
