So apparently, they did change it :)

I was being very careful when I picked this date, but if something does change with deer rifle season, the match date will be moved up appropriately to avoid interference.

Neither have I, but that's why I want to do it.

Worst case is I miss all my shots, look like a fool, and waste a bunch of ammo.  It's still a day at the range.

You are going to have plenty of company---and besides, it isn't THAT much ammo.  :)
