My wife and I took a free two day handgun course there 5 or 6 years ago. Facility is top notch and the Instructors are very knowledgeable. The classroom lecture was excellent, especially the legal stuff. The shooting and tactics were a big disappointment. The range portion of the class we took was obviously designed to get the maximum number of students on line (many who had little to no experience) and run through some basic shooting drills as safely as possible. Very watered down and not very realistic. My insurance agent, who has had advanced training elsewhere, spent a few days there two years ago and had the exact same experience.
