«

At Scheel's two days ago and they had boxes and boxes of .45 230gr fmj ammo all with the word with "Subsonic" on the boxes. Aren't all but the lightest .45 loads subsonic? So why the label?
Thanks.

I'd have to vote with marketing.

Or "milspec".
