Well, NGPC will never have a better Go-To Gal than Barb Fougeron.
She was the kind of dedicated, knowledgeable, experienced, competent staffer that makes organizations hummmmmmmmm. Without the Barbs of the World, not sure what we would do. The Bosses don't know; they ask the Barbs.
I hope that NGPC installs a proper memorial to her and her excellent services.
Maybe name a park, WMA, area, whatever.
She is missed.
