CCW class 3 year limit
« on: June 11, 2013, 06:22:48 PM »
Well I finally applied for my CCW permit today. In and out of the Omaha State Patrol office in 13 minutes! Very easy. I pushed the limits of my 3 year class, expires next week (mostly health problems, some procrastination ::). Was told not a problem. Still within the limits. Anyone else do this? How did it turn out? By the time back ground checks are done, class will have expired. A little nervous as to the outcome.

Your proof of class was within the limit, I wouldn't sweat it.

Once you're in, you're in.  I think they're getting faster at getting those permits out; I got mine right around 40ish days I think.

Got my permit today, 39 days I believe :D. So apparently no worries about pushing the time limit on the class.
