Title: Grandaughter and Vintage Remington
Post by: Wildgoose on November 12, 2011, 05:51:41 PM
Picked up an old vintage remingtion 722 in .300 Savage for the grandaughter. She had requested a bigger rifle after hunting for a few years with a 6MM Rem.
I thought the old .300Sav would be a good balance between some extra thump and recoil. Looks like it suits her well. She took this buck just this morning. :D

Once again, your granddaughter shoots a bigger deer than me.

No way!  I don't see the word "MAGNUM" anywhere.

Nice buck.  Classic rifle and cartridge.  They still work as good as ever.

I noticed that too!    Nice buck, nice shot...  We need a thumbs up emoticon.
