Title: what qualifies as proof of address when applying for carry permit

what qualifies as proof of address when applying for carry permit.  utility bill with name & address on it maybe?

Good question.

I did some research and there does not seem to be a specific answer.  No actual form is listed on the application, and LB 454 does not give any specific requirement.  You could use your water bill, or a drivers license.  But I dont have a CCW (yet) so maybe someone who has gone through the process can answer it.

I used my Driver's License.

Drivers License is the correct answer. Also serves as your proof of meeting the vision requirement
