Gun counters can be a zoo for breaking gun safety rules, I often wonder if customers should be made to read and understand the 4 rules of gun safety before handling? ::)

Any any random population there are, by definition, 3% of the population below -2 Sigma. And, looking at it another way, half of the people in the country are below normal in intelligence, while half are above.

I don't think so. All the lawyer has to do is show officer training materials on the proper handling of guns. Worse case mode is that the liability is equally shared, unless a jury which is anti-gun is selected, then the gun shop owner will get punished because he is.

Since he's a trained police officer, maybe he could get a job as a security guard for Bloomberg.
