This site is getting pretty boring since "Gary" appears AWOL .....  just sayin'   :laugh:

Here's the little bit that I know....

Back when Gary first disappeared from the Forum, I PM'ed him and urged him to come back.  'Cause like bullit sez, up above............

Gary gave a very strong "No, Thank You."  Just darned tired of getting piled on and beat up for his viewpoints, he seemed to say.  Not gonna put up with it any more.

It appears that--for a Big Guy--he is also somewhat sensitive.

So that's the little bit that I think I know.

Having attempted to shake hands with the fellow in the past, I'd think he could probably crush a Glock with one hand while being pulled over.

He may not have always been right about everything, but his kindly / empathetic perspective added to many discussions.
