Working on ammo for a HEMBRUG 1917, 6.5x55R.
I have 303Brit cases to convert to 6.5x55R and they must be trimmed a shorter length before reforming to 6.5x55R.
Anyone have information on Lee shell holders interchanging with Hornaday shell holders with other company shell trimmers equipment ?
Thanks in advance for any reply

Not familiar with your issues but I did fiind a shell holder cross reference that may be helpful

Hornady uses a larger primer hole. This makes other shellholders incompatable with their trimmer as the piece that locks the case in protrudes through that hole. Ask me how I know. ;) Hornady shellholders, however, may work in another manufacturer's trimmer.

close to topic, but RCBS and LYMAN will interchange, different numbers. but they will work

Hornady is the odd man out for shell holders.
RCBS / Lee / Lyman are interchangeable afaik (physically, their corresponding numbers / id's will be diff).
At least, I think this is how it is. Kinda groggy this PM.
