Managing Unknown Contacts - ShivWorks

Who: Craig Douglas.
What: Managing Unknown Contacts.
When: May 19, 2017.
Where: Council Bluffs, IA.
Why:  "Problem Solving" from an Unarmed Perspective.

How:
• Managing Unknown Contacts or MUC is the strategy template for victim de-selection that begins all ShivWorks courses regardless of the discipline (empty hand, blade, handgun).  It is two hours in length and may be taken stand alone.

• The module will introduce the Criminal Assault Paradigm and discuss the contrast with most training modalities.  A strategy of awareness, avoidance, and de-selection will be introduced that has been proven highly successful in thwarting common criminal set-ups.

• The instructional methodology will include lecture and interactive role-play.

• This is an EXCEPTIONALLY beneficial Course for EVERYONE to include; Men, Woman, Law Enforcement, Civilians, Gun and Non-Gun folks...and You!
