Gun Ownership and Gun Rights:
Attorney General, Eric Holder , has already said this issue is one of his major concerns.
Please vote on this gun issue question with USA Today. It will only take a few seconds of your time. Then pass the link on to all the pro gun folks you know. Hopefully these results will be published later this month. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court's accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.
The Question is:
"Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?"
You are invited to check out this survey and vote on the link below:

over 5 million votes so far, but that is because the poll was posted in 2007.
97% say yes, by the way.

The 2A does not give a right, it acknowledges a God-given right as a human being. If it gives us that right, then repealing the amendment takes the right away. This is not only applicable to the 2nd.

I also voted that it started in 2007 ought to say something to eric holder none the less. Thanks

I went there and did it, though USAtoday has no credibility in my eyes.

Eric Holder could care less. These people are only after one thing ......POWER and the Second Amendment stands in their way. No poll is going to change their minds.
