I've been carrying a CZ P-01 Omega for the last few years. I just found a Sig P229 Legion in a used case in 'like new' condition. Gonna put it through its paces. Anyone carrying a P229? Holster suggestions? Issues with carrying a pistol in this size range?

Shot a while today. Easy smooth shooter. Feels a bit heavier than my CZ P-01. I can't decide if I want to carry this because it's new and fun or if it's because it's truly a good gun. Probably both.

IF you have not yet seen this YouTube video:
Sig P229 Legion...The Ultimate Sig Sauer?
It would be worth your while (30 minutes) to Google it and watch it. Sigs are strong handguns, so if a knowledgable shooter calls it The Ultimate SigSauer, that's further affirmation that you made a good choice. Along with the fact that you do like the way the gun handles, shoots, and carries.

I watched this video when it first came out. I already wanted the same gun before watching the video. I've been biding my time till I found the pistol at the price I can justify. It's great. I just need to figure out if it's too big to concealed carry.

It's a little annoying. I love this size range of pistol, but at 5' 9" tall, 195 lbs, I find it difficult to conceal a larger pistol like this. It's a bit larger than my G19 sand CZ P-01. I guess I'll figure it out.
Any holster suggestions?

I have a Sig P224 for sale on ArmsList if you decide the P229 causes too much carry discomfort. The P224 is basically a P229 with a shorter grip and anti-snag controls. Just a thought...
