Results from the March 1, 2014 IDPA Nebraska indoor match at Thunder Alley Indoor Shooting Range are posted on Practiscore: https://practiscore.com/results/?uuid=8BCAEDD6-EF39-4E5E-AD18-D1D07A58B477 (https://practiscore.com/results/?uuid=8BCAEDD6-EF39-4E5E-AD18-D1D07A58B477)

Thanks to the 32 shooters who attended on a nice chilly Saturday morning! Kudos to the top shooters, whether that's the top 3 or the top 32 or somewhere in between  :D

There is a GREAT video of the overall # 1 performance by NFOA's own jthhapkido on YouTube: March 2014 IDPA Nebraska Match --- Thunder Alley (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldWh5tAXLi0#ws).  As one of the two SOs (kudos to bullit for serving as lead SO at this match as well as for the Course of Fire design), we had the vantage point of directly observing jthhapkido electing to do the more difficult of the two available Loaded Chamber Reloads (i.e., the tactical reload...everyone else did the reload with retention...or forgot to do either one :o ) There should be extra Winter Olympic points for having done the more difficult one!  :P

Check another thread for upcoming IDPA Nebraska activities!!

That was one heck of a stage, folks.  Deliberately designed to completely mess with your mind, and make you forgot about HOW TO SHOOT.

And it worked.    :o

Lots of good shooters got caught up in the procedures, and it took their brain away from the shooting so that they got lost in the middle.  (Got some great commentary and facial expressions from competitors in there, too.  Should have had a GoPro downrange to catch all that!  ....hmm, might bring mine next time...)
