This is about a month old and maybe a lot of you have seen it, but if not an interesting take on the issue.

Thanks for posting, I hadn't seen it.  Definitely is a different take on the issue I think, like you said.

Ted's best line is "The reporting has been Vulgar, Irresponsible, and I belive criminal".
I see there is a new Judge to be appointed in the case.
I really don't think this should even be going to trial. Time will tell.

Probably the most reasonable assessment out there.
