Title: Nebraska CCW Printing Laws
Post by: grinch on January 17, 2013, 12:12:39 PM
I was just wandering if there were any penalties as far as printing while carrying or what the actual laws are.  Thanks.

I think he is asking about what legal implications there are, if any, of your concealed firearm "printing," i.e. the outline of the concealed firearm becoming visible through your clothing.

My short response is that since open carry seems to be legal in every place in Nebraska where concealed carry is legal, there are probably no legal ramifications of your gun "printing" or becoming temporarily exposed while you are carrying. We don't have a crazy, Florida-like law where you can be subjected to a criminal penalty for inadvertent exposure of your concealed firearm.
