This show is small, but they attract a pretty good sized and steady crowd. Can anyone help recruit that weekend?
I would like to get some volunteers lined up before I even find out if we can get a table, I don't want to get a table and not have anyone there to recruit.
Can anyone help out?

But you know how my schedule goes sometimes.

I live about 10 minutes away from the location of this show. I would love to help out. I believe that my schedule should be clear but I will have to double check. From what I remember, this show actually gets pretty packed. However, it was probably three years ago or so when I was there.
Is there anyway we could get this event up on the Events calendar?

I'm sure we can put some time in, even if only part of a day. Not sure of our schedules yet, but we'll do what we can.

Jay, are not the recruiter exempt from paying the fee anyhow it was this way at the GI show....

I will be helping out on the Saturday of this weekend. And just maybe a little while on Sunday.

I will be there sunday and will be able to give a good answer for saturday by Thanksgiving. Would like to do both but wont know till that week if we will work sat to make up for thursday.

If the promoter donates the table for us, I'll usually just pay the admission anyway as a "thank-you".

Looks like plenty of help for this one. I will most likely show up and if I do I will wear my shirt and stop by and help for a bit.

I am the newbie here. Haven't been to a gun show so this will be my first. Can 4 year olds attend? Do they charge for 4 year olds? Is this a CC event or do we leave the handguns in the car?
I called the number for the lady in charge numerous times but never got a response. Anyone know the answers?

I'll be there first thing saturday and will be there most of the day. I'll be back sunday afternoon to pick up the banner & stuff.

Well supervised 4 year olds can attend ;)
Not sure if they are charged admission or not.

Well, we're alive. Not 100%, but think we avoided the dreaded flu. It was wierd, we all started feeling bad about the same time, but it was more than just stomach problems, so it couldn't have been something we ate.
Not much sleep, so we're just now getting up and around. See you all in a little while.

Thanks to all that came out and helped this weekend, it was very successful.
I have not counted the member apps. yet, but we sold around 550 raffle tickets this weekend.

Rick it was good to be able to help again. Nice to meet Huskergun and see Jay,Kim,Rlm5150and,AAllen again. Was also nice to meet a few of the other members who stoped by and the new ones we signed up.

Hi All....
It was nice to come out to the show today...even though don't think we were much help, but by the looks of it Mtncrash, Aallen & Rlm5150 were doing just fine on there own. Way to go guys! (can't seem to find the hi five smiley?)
We always enjoy meeting everyone and sharing stories.
Now just have to get back into the swing of things so we can be ready for the Big Buck Classic ;D
