STOP THE BLEED is a national awareness campaign and call to action. STOP THE BLEED is intended to cultivate grassroots efforts that encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.
COURSE OBJECTIVE: For the student to learn basic first aid and trauma tools and techniques focusing on penetrating trauma. This course satisfies all requirements to become “Stop The Bleed” certified through FEMA and DHS.
ADMIN:
• Price $50.00. Payment due at beginning of course. Cash or check only. Make checks payable to Blocker Enterprises, Inc.
• Classroom and hands-on training.
• 3 hrs classroom and hands on.

• Note taking material
COURSE OF INSTRUCTION:
• IFAKs (Individual First Aid Kits) and BCBs (Bleed Control Bags)
• Tourniquet models and brands
• Calling 911
• Keeping the area safe
• Bleeding stoppage
• How to position the injured
• Providing comfort to the injured

Thanks for sharing this, I looked into taking a class in Lincoln but they're all on weekdays during the daytime. I might see if I can make this.

No others scheduled currently. But we will teach anywhere if you wish to host a class.
