Title: Ammo as Art -- Sabine Pearlman cross section ammo photography
Post by: ILoveCats on October 07, 2013, 08:25:15 AM
This is really interesting... http://www.pearlmanphotography.com/#a=0&at=0&mi=2&pt=1&pi=10000&s=1&p=0 (http://www.pearlmanphotography.com/#a=0&at=0&mi=2&pt=1&pi=10000&s=1&p=0)

And here's an article describing it. (Ignore the fact that it's from liberal "Slate")...
http://www.slate.com/blogs/behold/2013/10/06/sabine_pearlman_ammo_looks_a_cross_sections_from_the_largest_collection.html (http://www.slate.com/blogs/behold/2013/10/06/sabine_pearlman_ammo_looks_a_cross_sections_from_the_largest_collection.html)

Some of these rounds are really interesting.  I thought I'd "seen it all" but I don't know what these rounds are: far right on page 4, left side page 5, and the image on page 6.

My apologies if this has been posted here before. I just stumbled across it.
