Title: "Subsonic" .45 Ammo
Post by: patrickdm on May 17, 2013, 03:24:44 PM
At Scheel's two days ago and they had boxes and boxes of .45 230gr fmj ammo all with the word with "Subsonic" on the boxes. Aren't all but the lightest .45 loads subsonic? So why the label?

Thanks.

The more mainstream suppressors are getting, it's probably just a marketing thing.

I'd have to vote with marketing.

Kinda like "tactical".

Or "milspec".
