Title: "Straw Purchaser" charged/arrested in NY Shooting

Rifle and shotgun used by Spengler to shoot first responders were purchased by a neighbor.  The source of the handgun has not been reported yet.

Spengler had to use a strawman purchase because he was a convicted felon.

Convicted of MURDERING his grandmother!!!!!!

Well I just don't see how that is possible because there are laws saying murder is a crime!

The .223-caliber Bushmaster rifle, which had a combat-style flash suppressor, is similar to the one used by the gunman who massacred 20 children and six women in a Newtown, Conn., elementary school earlier this month.

Stupid media.  OMG, it had a combat-style flash suppressor on it.  If it wouldn't have had that flash suppressor these crimes would never have happened.  /facepalm
