Brother shot by sister dies

   A 34-year-old Council Bluffs man shot by his sister last weekend has died. She now faces the possibility of a second charge ? involuntary manslaughter.

Chad Brannen died this week from his wounds, a Nebraska Medical Center spokesman said.

According to investigators in Mills County, Iowa: Brannen was confronted Sunday morning by a friend about having a .22-caliber Ruger handgun inside the friend?s home. He handed the gun to his sister, told her it was loaded with blanks and told her to shoot it at him. Elizabeth Brannen aimed at his head and pulled the trigger. The weapon fired.

He was critically injured.

This seems like Darwin had a hand in it.

It would be tragic if it wasn't so full of stupidity.
