Title: GUNS-IN-PARKS LAW TO TAKE EFFECT IN FEBRUARY . . .

A new law allowing the concealed carry of firearms in national parks was signed by President Obama on Friday. The measure was included in a credit-card industry reform bill. Because the credit-card law won't take effect until nine months after it was signed, the new firearms law will take effect in late February, the Associated Press reports.
