Plastic toy gun, shoots pellets.
Guy's playing with it in the park with his toddlers and stuff.
Hands it over to his toddler to learn how to use.
Folks all kinds of upset, even confronting him, and he gets arrested later for having the toy gun.
He remained in custody Wednesday evening, on charges of reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a minor, resisting arrest, and possession of an illegal BB gun.
I'm... confused at the charges, but owell.
Wrong place / wrong time to do such a thing ? Possibly. *Arrested* ? uhhhh

I often shoot a real gun that looks like a toy with kids. I wonder how much trouble I could get in with that.
