Very nice. It's too bad those stamps take so long to get.

when did you send in your forms and when did you go pending?

Sent Aug 2nd, pending Aug 24th. My unsolicited advice? If you're considering NFA sooner the better, with election upcoming and (PERISH THE THOUGHT!) another possible 4yrs of the Obongo administration the wait will get worse before it gets better. My Form 4 for my Silencer was sent off on Aug 9th- Pending Aug 22nd.

You are correct, Sir. I put the YHM stock FH on another AR, This is an aftermarket PWS brake for my pending YHM Phantom 5.56 QD. First can so decided to go basic. I already wish I woulda got a .308 too..........

How does one go about finding out if the application is pending?
Thanks

you call the this number: (304) 616-4500. have your serial number ready. when i checked i have always asked who the examiner is as well. you can check your numbers against nfatracker.com. nfatracker.com isn't the authority on wait times, but it gives an example of your time.
i am pending on a Form 1 since Sept 27. hopefully it'll come sooner than later.
ETA: i wouldn't call until a few weeks after you send in the forms or after they cash your check. i think you don't go pending until after the check clears and then your form gets to the bottom of the pile.

I sent two forms in at the end of December and they cashed my check within about a week. Too bad they don't approve them as fast as they take your money.
