The Niobrara River instream flow project has worked with “The Friends of the Niobrara, Inc. to produce a short film on the river entitled “Niobrara: Jewel of the North”.  Production of this film was funded in major part by NET funds to the Niobrara River instream flow project as part of our Outreach  work setting the stage for a potential instream flow appropriation request in the future. 
 
For those of you interested in seeing the film it will be broadcast on Nebraska Public Television on NET 2  at the following times: 
 
Thursday June 9   at 8 pm
Sunday  June 12   at 2 pm
Thursday June 16  at 7 pm
Sunday June 19  at 1 pm

I've been canoeing on the Niobrara a couple of times and would love to get back there this year.  Beautiful river and an awesome time.  You cant find water like that anywhere around here.
