Title: where to get beef/steaks?

any place that has some bulk beef? a new coworker keeps asking about it, curious also

My feeling is that most small operators have sent their cattle to market for this year. I got mine about 6 weeks ago from Wahoo Locker. Might be worth a call to see if there is beef still available. I would think that they have a source of their own.

Also maybe BIG Meats in Millard, or Just Good Meat on 84th, North of L str. I have seen them with advertised packages.

Always had good luck with "just good meats" they also sell like quarters and such. If you are looking for varieties too they offer different packages and will usually be good about substituting.
