The rimfire stuff is pretty fantastic, but definitely not impressed with the 9mm 124 grain offering. Standard 147's or even better 158's from PPU or Fiocchi are much quieter out of my cans.
How about y'all? Any favorite loads for suppressing?

Never tried it. I like CCI standard velocity. It's quiet, accurate and at $60/1000, I see no need to experiment.
I see its heavier, is it any cleaner?

Yep, it's both heavier and cleaner. 45 grains and it's copper plated. I shot the Standard velocity CCI next to the AE Suppressor subsonics up in the N. GA mountains yesterday actually. Both were quiet, but the AE had an edge and they are most certainly cleaner.
The host is a custom Smith victory (bbl cut down to 4.5" to keep bulk box subsonic) and the can is an Innovative Arms Apex-S Multi.
Experimenting is part of the fun!

i live by CCI standard and CCI AR Tactical. my CMMG doesn't like a lot of stuff, but it'll eat CCI all day. of course its a suppressed 4.5" barrel as well.

The American Eagle .22lr suppressor loads are super clean, and I really appreciate that when it comes time to clean the monocore.

Black and white box, 45 grain and copper plated.
