Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9-4
I will have a table there, selling a few Scary Black Guns, ammo, mags and other assorted toys. Any NFOA/ARFCOM member gets a 5% discount off my already low prices! 8)
Stop by and say Hello!!
-
Sure and you jacked everything up 10% didn't you.... huh...huh ??? :)
-
Bummer... :(
Have a road trip to Oklahoma to visit a Scout camp and observe a "Top Shot" program this weekend.

Only for those "evil rich people"... you know, like Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists... :o
Seriously though, I'm going to try to price everything on my table at "less than panic" prices, and will do my darndest to beat anyone elses price at the show. I'm there to sell stuff, not just display it and have to take it all back home.
-
Come on Rick we know the real reason you are there is to buy stuff, you just take some along with you so the wife thinks you are going out to sell it.
-
great to hear that until some guy buys it all and you see it later on another table for twice as much
-
Had to laugh at the scary black gun part wish people weren't so ignorant that you have to put it that way. Wish you guys would get a gun show here in McCook or even North Platte.

I seem to remember the last time I was at the Fremont gun show...mentioning to Rick that there was a Draco for a good price at another table and his eyes getting really big.
Then the next day on Facebook, pictures of his new Draco ;D

I am headed the other direction, CCP class in Fairbury on Sat. May drive up Sun, if I feel spunky.
-
I'll be there in the afternoon Saturday. Questing for a 22 hornet.
-
I'll be there 1st thing, in line, and probably really long. but that's ok.
-
Been to three guns shows this year, Lincoln, Beatrice, and Columbus, and no real lines that I saw. Maybe two minutes at Lincoln. I think most of us Nebraskans have our needs met already by in large, and it is just another show to us.
I think we would all like to see the box stores fill up with ammo again, and there is some ammo at these shows, but who would pay a fifty spot for a brick of .22?
-
ABATE show this weekend, plus a welcome home for a Marine Corps buddy of mine means no gun show in Fremont for this guy. Just means Rick will have to buy up all the model 60's :D
-
but who would pay a fifty spot for a brick of .22?
Sadly I saw two 525 round boxes sell on Gun Broker tonight for $98 plus $20 shipping. So somebody out there paid $59 a box. Insanity!
-
They did that with gas prices. In a crisis, the price jumps, and people keep paying. So they lower it a few cents to make us feel good. It was $1.80 when the Kenyon and his minions took office. Any reason to think ammo prices will not double or tripple to stay ?

You weren't @Columbus when the doors opened Saturday morning were you? :) We had over 1500 people through the door on Saturday alone. Previously if we had 1200 for the entire weekend, we thought we had a good show. A great one even.
-
The Lincoln gun show had 4,000 people on Saturday alone. It was nuts.

I'll be there- British guy with glasses with my girlfriend, say hi if you see me!

I will stop by in the afternoon
-
haha! I wish :) Do say hi if you see me, i want to check out/learn about some bolt guns!
-
Is anyone going to be selling any NFOA gear there?
-
The prices were through the roof but there was plenty to look at. I was looking for 1911's, a little conceal carry and AK's. Tons of 1911's, not many subcompact frames and just a few AK's (but plenty of SKS's).
I don't know bumpkis about AK's but Exeter Arms in the back room had a a few. That room wasn't quite as busy and the guy behind the counter spent some time walking me through the ones they had, explaining the differences. That little chat was worth the trip, so thank you Exeter Arms.
I also decided when I get a 1911, its going to have a round butt grip. I picked up a Sig and that thing was like butter. Squared off 1911's bite right into the sole of my hand.

I forgot about the knife table. There was a table with some stunning knives there. I can't remember who it was, but they were beautiful.
-
Back Room? I missed that.
Found two S&W mags for a mod 39. $55 for both. They are bringing $70 each on eBay.
Also found a unique knife, styled like a pocket knife, but a foot long opened up. Massive, and only $20. Great for the knife collection. Says China on it, but what does not anymore?

Well some person with obviously more money than brains just paid $190 for a brick - and that didn't include shipping!

maybe I should start selling some this is nuts :D
-
I think some of the high dollar sales is from grandpas and fathers wanting to share shooting with young children, when the time is right, damn the costs. & I could see doing that, I guess.
