Saw this ammo on Palmetto State Armory, but I don't know much about it? Opinions?

Plenty out there cheaper than that.
ChinaMart, Aim Surplus, etc.

Ok plinking ammo, Silver/Golden Bear also makes it - "zinc plated steel case", some AR's don't like it, - miss fires, jamming, stuck shells, etc. -- Some say it is a little dirtier, more fouling, Buy a couple boxes to see if your AR likes it before you buy in quantity, If you don't have any problems - Go For it !! ---- Neal
PS - some indoor ranges only allow brass, no steel cases.

Not necessarily. For example, when looking at the best price at Aim Surplus (Wolf steel case), Aim Surplus only beats PSA by about a $0.01/round when you consider shipping. That seems to be where Palmetto beats a lot of competitors. Their base price may not look that much better, but when you add in shipping, they stack up quite well.

Tula at Chinamart was $4.99 the last time I looked a couple weeks ago.

That is a little better. After tax, it beats Aim Surplus by $0.018/round.
I purchased some TulAmmo to try in my AR and it liked it fine. I will keep it in mind for when times get really tough.
