Title: what is this brass I found

 at the fremont gun show, I bought 3  5 gallon buckets of very dirty mixed brass, I been tumbling and sorting it,
   
  I found a bunch of 30-30 head stamp but the necks have be sized down to 25 cal. does anyone know what these are? the necks are kind of long, so they may have to be trimmed, but someone was making something

 I was looking for a little more detail on the cartridge, case length, powder charges, where to get the dies to load it, who made it?
