Title: Utah Instructors, I have a question
Post by: Rich B on October 05, 2009, 03:38:27 PM
To become a Utah CCW instructor, must you travel to Utah for the instructor's class? Is there any other way to become certified by the state of Utah?

To become a Utah instructor you must (a) have an  underlying certification such as NRA instructor; and then (b) take the trip to Utah for their class.

You have to go to Utah to get certified, and then return every 3 years for recertification

How is Florida about certifying instructors?

There is no specific certification there. Make sure your NRA Instructor ID# is on your NE certificate that you make and FL will accept it
