Title: Controlled Hunting Area

In reviewing the Otoe County Commissioner's meeting notes, we saw that they approved a rezoning of ground from RR1 Agriculture to a Controlled Shooting Area (Otoe County has strict zoning regulations and controls shooting areas).  This will be at County Rd 16 and County Rd M.  It was requested by Matt Beede, to allow hunting of pheasant, quail and chukar.  This will be shotguns only and he is being required to have adequate liability insurance.  I hope Mr. Beede gets out more information, since this could be interesting.
