After joining the growing list of states with Constitutional Carry (come on Nebraska, get a move on!), the Kansas HoR has voted 83-41 in favor of dropping the age for conceal carry to 18. Those between 18-21 must still take a training course, but even if they choose not to they'll still have lawful, Constitutional carry at age 21. It has now passed to the state Senate for review.
