Now the fight is not over we all must put a stop to obama from overriding the House and call and email you Congressman tomorrow/tonight and tell them to VOTE IN FAVOR OF HCON RES. 23 this will place a stop on obama from overriding the Constitution.... here is the link

Call your Senator and tell them to vote in favor of this....

What this means is that it would require the Senate passage before obama would sign it into an agreement.
