Does anybody have an opinion about the Ruger SR9.

Don't own one personally, but I have had an opportunity to fire both the full size and the 9c (compact) versions. In my opinion, you will not find a more accurate and well built firearm for the price range.

A friend has the full size in 9mm.  I shot it a few years ago and was impressed.  My gun fu was not that powerful at that time, so I would like another chance to evaluate it.  However, I thought it felt good in my hand, was accurate, and noticeably thinner in the grip than my fatty full size PX4 that has the same (or nearly so) capacity.

As GSD said, it is a good price for what appears to be a good gun.

I own an SR9c that I bought a couple of years ago.
I was torn between the SR9c and the S&W M&P 9mm, as I wanted a firearm made in the USA.
Just holding the 2 side by side the Ruger seemed to fit my hands better.
It has performed flawlessly, I am reasonably accurate with it, I like the sights and the adjustable grip inserts.
There are not a lot of holster choices compared to a Glock or Springfield, but more stuff is turning up for these guns.
I have seen them for $369 recently which is less than I paid, for the money a bargain in my opinion.
