Im looking for a small frame 22 revolver, probably a single action, ruger used to make the bearcat,. anyone know of a good one?

Someone else makes a small one like the Bearcat, but I just can't remember who.
I got a Taurus 94 from my uncle. I feel it is nice for smaller hands.

Cabela's has a sweet one.

I got one of the new Bearcats. Wonderful guns. Like I said earlier this week in a different thread, one's life just isn't complete unless there's a Bearcat in it.
Yes, Cabela's LaVista has one of the Shopkeeper models with 1" off the barrel length and the rounded "Birdshead" grip. I'm beginning to think I need that, too ;D
Want to go smaller and lighter than that and still be a "real" gun (not a derrenger, etc) I think you'd have to look at the all-aluminum S&W 317.

Just to tempt you.... :D
It's extremely accurate with CCI mini-mags. As accurate as any revolver of any caliber I've ever owned. Best yet is the fact that it loves CB "short" rounds. Every bit as accurate as the LRs but they hit about 1.5" lower at 20 yards. A bearcat, 22 shorts and kids who like to shoot are a match made in heaven. Fortunately I stocked up on shorts when the panic began and that's all you could buy. Now I haven't seen any in stores or online for over a year.
