Title: You'll NEVER MISS on the street....
Post by: JTH on September 26, 2015, 01:28:57 PM
No, seriously, you won't.

:)

(Second in the series about thoughts spawned by attending the Rangemaster Instructor Development Class with Tom Givens.  Last time, the post was about something that hadn’t occurred to me.  This time, it is about something I already knew, explained in a different fashion.)

I never liked the "Every bullet fired has a lawyer with a 5 million dollar personal injury suit attached to it!!" method of phrasing, because potentially making people too scared to act to defend themselves never seemed like an optimal plan.

Tom Givens had a better way of emphasizing the importance of accuracy.  And his choice of words can be used, in my opinion, to drive much more effective practice for self-defense.
